These Terms and Conditions govern your use of smokekings.shop and purchases from Smoke Kings. By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Eligibility and Lawful Use
You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the website only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply where you possess, receive, store, germinate, cultivate, or use any product.
Product Scope and Genetics
Smoke Kings may offer apparel, collectible patches, accessories, event tickets, and hemp-compliant seeds or other lawful genetics. Product availability varies. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell marijuana, cannabis flower, or another controlled substance. Product names, strain references, artwork, and cultural descriptions are branding and informational content and do not establish that a controlled substance is included with a purchase.
Genetics are sold only where lawful. A customer may not order a product if purchasing, receiving, possessing, germinating, cultivating, or using that product would violate any applicable law. Smoke Kings may cancel or refuse an order based on destination, compliance concerns, suspected fraud, inventory error, or another legitimate business reason.
Orders Pricing and Payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject that offer. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. Prices, product descriptions, quantities, and availability may change without notice. We may correct errors and cancel affected orders. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown during checkout. Payment must be authorized before fulfillment.
Limited Drops and Inventory
Products may be released in limited quantities and may sell out. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. We may impose purchase limits, cancel duplicate or reseller orders, or adjust quantities to protect fair access and inventory accuracy.
Intellectual Property
The website and its text, graphics, artwork, photographs, logos, product names, designs, and software are owned by or licensed to Smoke Kings and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping and information only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit website content without written permission.
User Content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to submit it. You grant Smoke Kings a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and use that content for operating and promoting the business, subject to applicable law. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, threatening, or harmful content. We may remove content at our discretion.
Disclaimers
Products and website content are provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smoke Kings disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not guarantee germination rates, cultivation results, phenotype, yield, potency, harvest timing, or fitness for a particular growing environment because storage, handling, climate, equipment, technique, and local conditions are outside our control. Nothing on the website is medical, legal, agricultural, or professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smoke Kings and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, crops, or business opportunities arising from the website or a product. Smoke Kings' total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to that claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Smoke Kings harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website or products, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
Governing Law and Disputes
Georgia law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Fulton County, Georgia, unless applicable consumer law requires another location. Before filing a claim, please contact info@smokekings.shop and allow 30 days for an informal resolution. This section does not limit any nonwaivable consumer right.
Changes and Contact
