Biomass Technician / Master Grower Smoke Kings ATL Employment: Full-Time Department: Cultivation / Production Reports To: CEO / General Manager Age Requirement: 21+ HARVEST, WEIGHT & PROCESSING TRANSFER The Master Grower is responsible for the custody, documentation and accurate transfer of harvested product from Cultivation to the Product Processing Agent. Responsibilities include: * Supervise and verify harvest weights according to Smoke Kings SOPs. * Ensure scales and weighing procedures are properly used before weights are recorded. * Complete required harvest, yield and transfer documentation. * Maintain accountability for harvested product while it remains under Cultivation's control. * Verify the identity, quantity and recorded weight of each product or production lot being transferred. * Personally deliver or supervise the authorized transfer of product to the Product Processing Agent. * Require both Cultivation and Processing to verify the transferred weight at the time of handoff. * Investigate and document any weight discrepancy before the receiving transfer is finalized. * Record authorized waste, loss or other adjustments separately from usable product. * Obtain receiving acknowledgment from the Product Processing Agent. * Maintain accurate records of the amount produced, amount transferred and any documented variance. CHAIN OF ACCOUNTABILITY **Cultivation is accountable for the product until Processing accepts the documented transfer.** The Master Grower must be able to account for the weight of product produced and transferred from the cultivation operation. The Product Processing Agent must independently verify the product and weight received before accepting responsibility for it. Once both parties verify and document the transfer, custody and weight accountability move from **Cultivation → Processing**. Any unexplained discrepancy must be reported to management and documented before the product continues through processing. **HARVEST → WEIGH → VERIFY → DOCUMENT → TRANSFER → RECEIVE** No product transfer is complete until both the sending and receiving parties agree that the documented product and weight accurately represent what changed custody.

BLOOM TECHNICIAN Smoke Kings ATL LLC Position: Bloom Technician Employment: Full-Time Department: Cultivation / Production Reports To: Cultivation Manager / Management Age Requirement: 21+ POSITION OVERVIEW The Bloom Technician is responsible for executing and maintaining Smoke Kings’ established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout the bloom production cycle. This position receives properly developed plants from the vegetative stage and is responsible for maintaining the conditions, plant care, documentation, cleanliness and daily tasks necessary to successfully carry those plants through bloom and harvest. The Bloom Technician is expected to follow the SOP—not reinvent it. Success in this position is measured by consistency, plant health, accurate documentation, cleanliness, accountability and the quality of the crop delivered at harvest. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES BLOOM PRODUCTION Follow Smoke Kings bloom SOPs and production schedules. Receive and inspect plants transitioning from vegetative production. Maintain plants throughout the complete bloom cycle. Complete scheduled watering, feeding, plant training, canopy management and other assigned cultivation tasks. Monitor plant development and identify abnormalities or changes requiring management attention. Maintain appropriate environmental and production conditions according to established procedures. Ensure scheduled bloom tasks are completed correctly and on time. Maintain accurate accountability for each assigned production area. PLANT HEALTH & QUALITY Monitor overall plant health, vigor and development throughout bloom. Inspect plants regularly for signs of stress, pests, disease, deficiencies or environmental problems. Immediately report conditions outside established production standards. Maintain canopy consistency and plant presentation according to Smoke Kings production standards. Protect product quality throughout the bloom cycle. Never apply unauthorized products or deviate from established cultivation procedures without management approval. RECORDKEEPING & ACCOUNTABILITY The Bloom Technician is responsible for accurately documenting work performed within assigned production areas. Required records may include: Plant counts Production dates Bloom-stage progress Completed cultivation tasks Irrigation and feeding activities Environmental observations Plant-health observations Harvest dates Harvest weights Production yields Material loss and waste Disposal records Equipment or facility concerns All reports must be complete, accurate and submitted according to Smoke Kings procedures. HARVEST Prepare assigned production areas for scheduled harvest. Conduct harvest activities according to established procedures. Accurately weigh and document harvested material. Complete required harvest and production reports. Maintain separation, identification and accountability of harvested material. Transfer harvested material into the appropriate post-harvest process. Report discrepancies between expected and actual harvest results. CLEANLINESS & SANITATION Cleanliness is a core responsibility of this position. The Bloom Technician must: Maintain clean cultivation and work areas throughout each shift. Clean and sanitize appropriate equipment, tools and work surfaces. Properly remove and dispose of previously used cultivation materials. Follow established procedures for plant waste and other production waste. Maintain organized workspaces and prevent unnecessary contamination between production areas. Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and cleanliness before entering or working within cultivation areas. Follow required clothing, handwashing and sanitation procedures. A cultivation room is not considered finished simply because the plants have been removed. Harvest, documentation, material disposal, cleaning and preparation for the next production cycle are all part of completing the bloom cycle. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Must be at least 21 years of age. Minimum of two years of farming, horticulture, agriculture or professional cultivation experience. Demonstrated ability to follow written SOPs, schedules and production instructions consistently. Ability to accurately weigh, count, inspect and document agricultural production and harvest information. Must maintain strong personal hygiene, workplace cleanliness, organization and accountability. PHYSICAL & WORK REQUIREMENTS The position requires regular standing, bending, reaching and repetitive agricultural work. Employees must be capable of safely performing assigned cultivation activities, handling appropriate equipment and materials, and working for extended periods in controlled agricultural environments. Evening, weekend or harvest-related scheduling may occasionally be required based on production needs. PRODUCT PROCESSING AGENT Smoke Kings ATL LLC Location: ATL Position: Part-Time Department: Production & Operations ABOUT THE POSITION Smoke Kings is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Product Processing Agent to support our production, quality-control, inventory and marketing operations. The Product Processing Agent works behind the scenes to ensure Smoke Kings products are properly processed, documented, inspected, presented and prepared for sale. This is a hands-on position combining product processing, apparel production, quality control, inventory documentation, graphic and promotional support, and product presentation. The right candidate should be organized, creative, accurate with measurements and records, and capable of maintaining Smoke Kings quality standards from post-production through final sale. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES PRODUCT PROCESSING & QUALITY CONTROL Inspect finished products for appearance, presentation, weight and overall quality. Accurately weigh and document products during applicable processing stages. Maintain processing, inventory, yield and waste records as required. Record product loss, rejected material and authorized waste/disposal. Inspect packaging, labels and finished presentation before products are released.
