Refund & Return Policy
Effective September 19, 2026
All sales are final except for the limited remedies stated below or when applicable law requires another remedy. Review product details, sizing, quantity, color, destination restrictions, and shipping information before placing an order.
Items Eligible for Review
Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from what you ordered, or missing from the package. Include your order number, a description of the issue, photographs of the item and packaging, and the shipping label. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
After reviewing the claim, Smoke Kings may replace the item, issue store credit, or refund the affected item's purchase price and any associated tax. Shipping charges are refunded only when required by law or when the error was ours. We may require an approved return before providing a remedy.
Final Sale Items
- Seeds, genetics, clones, plants, or other biological or perishable products, except when the wrong item was sent or the item arrived materially damaged.
- Limited drops, sale items, promotional items, gift cards, event tickets, digital products, customized products, opened items, used items, and items without original packaging.
- Products damaged through misuse, washing, alteration, improper storage, mishandling, cultivation conditions, or normal wear.
Genetics and Germination
Genetics are final sale. Smoke Kings does not guarantee germination, phenotype, sex unless expressly stated, yield, potency, cultivation outcome, or legal permission to germinate or cultivate. Results depend on storage, handling, environment, equipment, and grower practices outside our control. This provision does not remove a remedy required by law for an incorrect or materially damaged shipment.
Size and Preference Changes
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color preference, change of mind, duplicate purchase, or failure to review a product description. If Smoke Kings chooses to approve an exception, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Cancellations and Chargebacks
Send cancellation requests immediately to info@smokekings.shop. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing begins. If we cancel an order, we will return the amount collected for the cancelled portion. Contact us before filing a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Returns Without Authorization
Do not send a product back without written return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender. Approved returns must be shipped to the address and by the method stated in the authorization. We recommend retaining tracking information.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls the time required to post the credit. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are nonrefundable unless applicable law or an approved claim requires otherwise.
